Dafnck Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates FORGE, a product companion for Claude Code. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you purchase and use FORGE.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

• Email address: Used for purchase confirmation and important updates
• GitHub username: Used to grant you access to the private repository
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process your purchase and grant repository access
• To send purchase confirmations and important product updates
• To provide customer support when requested

4. Your API Keys and Secrets

Important: FORGE guides you to configure API keys (Stripe, Clerk, etc.) locally on your machine. These keys are stored in your .env.local file and are never transmitted to us or any third party. You maintain full control of all your credentials.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• GitHub: Repository hosting and access management
• Vercel: Website hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy that governs their use of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email and GitHub username for as long as needed to maintain your repository access. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
