1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing FORGE, you agree to these Terms of Service. FORGE is a product of Dafnck Studio. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use FORGE.

2. Product Description

FORGE is a collection of skills, templates, and tools designed to work with Claude Code. Upon purchase, you receive:

• Read-only access to the private FORGE GitHub repository
• All current and future updates to FORGE
• Access to the Discord community

3. License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use FORGE for your own projects. You may:

• Use FORGE to build unlimited projects for yourself or clients
• Modify the code for your personal use

You may NOT:

• Redistribute FORGE or share repository access
• Resell FORGE or create derivative products for sale
• Share your GitHub credentials with others

4. Requirements

FORGE requires Claude Code (with an active subscription) to function. We recommend Claude Code Pro with 5x-20x usage for optimal experience. Claude Code subscription costs are separate and not included in the FORGE purchase.

5. Updates

You will receive all future updates to FORGE at no additional cost. Updates are delivered through the GitHub repository.

6. Support

Community support is available through our Discord server. We do not guarantee response times but strive to help all users.

7. Disclaimer

FORGE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that FORGE will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free. You are responsible for your own projects built with FORGE.
